The HADI way — Enlighten · Empower · Elevate

Enlighten — knowledge first

A complete core curriculum through AP level, built on HADI's three decades in Islamic knowledge and digital education.

Empower — families, not margins

Nonprofit tuition from $91 a month, because HADI exists to serve families — not to maximize fees.

Elevate — pathways forward

Live teacher support today; BYU diploma, GED, or state certification at graduation — ICA accreditation targeted 2027–28.

A legacy you can verify

What your child studies

A complete core curriculum — with faith woven in, not bolted on.

Take the Arabic, Qur'an & Islamic Studies program on its own (K–12, $230/trimester) or pair it with Core academics — the combination most families choose. Our Arabic roots run deep: HADI's team built the Al-Masdar Arabic portal with Qatar Foundation International.

The diploma question, answered

A real university behind the coursework.

IslamiCity Academy is an independent nonprofit school — and its academic backbone is BYU Independent Study, Brigham Young University's online course program. The BYU course codes are visible in the grade plans above.

  • Grades 7–8 run on BYU Independent Study coursework — the same course codes and 0.5-credit structure shown in the plans above.
  • High-schoolers graduate through the BYU High School Diploma pathway — or GED / state certification — with transcripts and credits colleges recognize.
  • The straight answer: BYU provides the coursework and the diploma pathway; it does not accredit ICA. Our own accreditation is targeted for 2027–28 — and in your session we'll show exactly how the pathway works for your child.

Honest answers

The questions parents ask us first

Is IslamiCity Academy accredited?

We're transparent about this: ICA's own accreditation is targeted for 2027–28. Today, our students graduate through recognized pathways — the BYU High School Diploma, GED, or state certification — so your child's credential is solid from day one. Your enrollment advisor will walk you through exactly how the pathway works for your student's grade.

When can my child start?

Core semesters begin on the 1st and 15th of every month — submit your inquiry today and your student can typically start within two weeks. The AQI program runs on fixed trimester dates; your advisor will confirm the next cohort.

What does it actually cost after the scholarship?

AQI (K–12): $230 per trimester — $690 for the full year, with a $33/trimester enrollment fee. Core Middle School: $544 per flex semester ($1,088/year); Core High School: $694 per flex semester ($1,388/year); $99 enrollment fee per semester. Later enrollment fees are waived on full-year enrollment, and IslamiCity members receive 30% off instead of 25% on scholarship pricing.

Who teaches the classes, and how is my child supported?

Courses are delivered through our structured online platform with live teacher support: your child submits work, receives written feedback on every assignment, and can reach teachers with questions throughout each course.

What happens in the free planning session?

It's a 15–20 minute, 1-on-1 call — not a sales pitch: we confirm your child's grade placement, walk through their actual course plan, explain the diploma pathway (BYU, GED, or state), and give you the exact price with your scholarship rate applied. You leave with the application link and your rate held through August 31. Book instantly after the form, or an advisor calls within one business hour to arrange a time.

Do you offer AP and advanced courses?

Yes — AP Calculus AB, AP English Language & Composition, AP U.S. History, AP U.S. Government & Politics, and AP Spanish: Language & Culture, alongside Pre-Calculus, Chemistry, Physics, Computer Science, Business Math & Personal Finance, and Spanish through Year 3. The grade-by-grade plans above show exactly where each course fits.

What is an IslamiCity member — and how do I get the 30% rate?

IslamiCity.org membership supports HADI's nonprofit mission and unlocks the 30% member rate on Academy tuition, verified during enrollment. Not a member yet? You still save 25% today — and your enrollment advisor can help you join to claim the extra 5%.

Talk it through first — free.
