In this course, students will explore the basic skills, concepts, and activities that support lifelong fitness and health. They will set personal fitness goals and create a plan to improve cardiovascular health, flexibility, strength, and endurance. By tracking their progress, students will see how healthy choices and goals can improve overall well-being and help them stay active for life.
This course uses Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes (KSA) model to give students the opportunity to develop both real-world 21st Century Skills and Social and Emotional Learning Soft Skills to develop college and career readiness.
