Assad Koshul is an educator, leadership trainer, and thought igniter whose work focuses on transforming mindsets to meet the challenges of the modern world through the lens of Islamic values, intellectual integrity, and strategic thinking.
Assad has developed a groundbreaking curriculum that blends insights from Islamic tradition, cognitive science, leadership development, and contemporary culture. His mission is to empower Muslims—especially youth and professionals—to move beyond reactive and emotional responses and instead cultivate analytical thinking, emotional intelligence, and strategic foresight.
Assad’s work is rooted in a deep belief that the legacy of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ is not merely to be admired but operationalized. He emphasizes that the Seerah must be studied not just as a series of historical events, but as a living strategy manual that can inform personal, communal, and societal transformation. To that end, he has developed an inquiry-based Seerah curriculum that teaches critical thinking, situational analysis, and the application of prophetic wisdom in real-world scenarios.
Drawing from experience across 14 industries and multiple global markets, Assad integrates Islamic ethics with modern leadership practices to address issues such as fear, negative thinking, decision fatigue, and intellectual stagnation—challenges he believes are holding back the Muslim ummah today.
Assad is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), holds a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) credential, is PROSCI Change Management Certified, and is SCRUM Certified, among other qualifications. He is also trained in cultural transformation and leadership, and has conducted executive coaching, youth workshops, and organizational development programs across North America, the Middle East, and South Asia.
Assad often reminds his audiences that the Prophet ﷺ led not just a religious movement, but a strategic and moral awakening—one that Muslims must recover, reframe, and reapply in today's age.
